Mogul Media Services is an authorized service concierge and independent partner that connects you to third-party services — including Television, High-Speed Internet, Cellular, Prepaid Cellular ReUps, Digital Cards, Cloud Storage, VPN, and Home Security. We do not own or operate those networks, content, or equipment. The actual providers are responsible for service quality and performance.

Legal Provisions
We're a Concierge & Partner — Not a Service Provider
We act as an authorized service concierge and independent partner between you and the companies that actually deliver your services — including Television, High-Speed Internet, Cellular, Prepaid Cellular ReUps, Digital Cards, Cloud Storage, VPN, and Home Security. We handle your signup and billing, but we don't control the actual service, network, or equipment.
Our Liability Is Very Limited
If something goes wrong with your service — outages, equipment issues, slow speeds — the responsibility lies with the provider or manufacturer, not us. Our maximum financial responsibility to you is capped at $100.
Third-Party Providers Are Responsible for Their Services
The companies that actually provide your TV or internet service are responsible for everything they deliver. If you have a service problem, we will contact the provider on your behalf — customers never contact providers directly. However, we cannot override the provider's final decisions.
Disputes Must Go Through Arbitration
If we have a disagreement, it must be settled through individual arbitration — not a lawsuit or class action. This is common for service providers and protects both sides from costly legal proceedings.
Services Are Provided As-Is
We don't make guarantees about uptime, speed, or reliability — these depend on third-party providers and your own internet connection. We promise to do our best to help when issues arise.
You Agree to Cover Us If You Cause a Problem
If your actions (like misusing services or violating these terms) cause us legal trouble, you agree to cover the associated costs. This is standard legal protection.
You're Responsible for Managing Your Own Subscription
It's your job to keep track of your billing, keep payment info current, and contact us if something seems off. We're here to help, but we can't chase down issues on your behalf.
Refund Policy by Product Type
TV subscriptions and TV devices have strict no-refund policies. Internet routers have a limited 48-hour window for a full refund if returned in perfect condition. After 30 days, no refunds on routers either.
Support Is Limited — Complex Issues Go to the Provider
We offer basic troubleshooting and guidance. For deeper technical issues, we contact the primary provider on your behalf — you never need to reach out to providers directly. Our support team is available 24/7 via email.
Payments Go Through PayPal — We Don't Control That
All payments are processed by PayPal. We can't intervene in PayPal disputes, payment errors, or security issues — those need to be handled directly with PayPal.
These Terms Are Governed by U.S. Law
Our legal agreement follows United States law. If any part of this notice turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies in full.
Force Majeure — No Liability for Events Beyond Our Control
We're not responsible for service disruptions caused by events outside our direct control — including natural disasters, government orders, provider outages, cyberattacks, or power failures. These do not entitle you to refunds or legal claims.
Owner & Affiliate Protection
All liability limitations, disclaimers, and protections in this notice extend fully to the owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates of Mogul Media Services — not just the company itself.
