In the event of a service outage, please contact us. We will then coordinate with the service providers to expedite a resolution.
Please be advised that due to the nature of our monthly service agreements for Television and High Speed Internet, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for these services.
Television Devices:
Our policy regarding television devices is that all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not provided. These devices are designed for standalone use, independent of our service offerings.
Internet Devices:
