Terms of Service

Terms of Service

We've made these terms as clear as possible. Each section shows plain English first — expand any section for the full legal language.

By signing up or using our services, you agree to these terms.

This is a legally binding agreement. Key points: no refunds on monthly subscriptions, disputes go through arbitration, and we're a concierge and partner — not the service provider.

Plain-English summaries appear first in each section. Click "Read full legal text" to see the complete terms.

You're Agreeing to a Legal Contract

By using our services, you're 18+ and entering into a binding agreement. This includes agreeing to arbitration and giving up the right to class-action lawsuits.

We're a Concierge & Partner — The Providers Deliver the Service

We sign you up for services through other companies — including Television, High-Speed Internet, Cellular, Prepaid Cellular ReUps, Digital Cards, Cloud Storage, VPN, and Home Security. We don't own or run the networks, content, or equipment — that's the job of the actual providers. We act as your point of contact and communicate with providers on your behalf — you never contact providers directly. We cannot override their decisions.

Your Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your account info accurate and your login secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

Payments & No-Refund Policy

All monthly payments are non-refundable — no exceptions. This includes if you cancel early, have a technical issue, or aren't happy with service quality. Payments are billed monthly in advance through PayPal.

Equipment — Final Sale Policy

TV boxes are final sale — no returns or refunds. Internet service and equipment are now provided and billed directly by the internet provider, who handles any returns or refunds under their own terms.

Digital Cards — Final Sale & Email Delivery

Digital gift cards and prepaid debit/credit cards sold in our marketplace are final sale — no refunds or exchanges. Cards are delivered to the email you provide at checkout.

What Happens When You Cancel

To avoid the next autopay charge for television service, you must request cancellation on your customer dashboard before that charge runs — there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Cancellation takes effect immediately, you lose access right away, and any unused time or promotional credits are forfeited.

Referral Program — Rewards & Conditions

Every customer receives a unique referral code they can share. New TV customers enter that code (or an affiliate code) at signup so we can credit the referrer with a referral star. Reach milestones to unlock free service rewards. Rewards are applied at our discretion, and cancelled referrals don't count toward your totals.

Affiliate Program — Commissions & Conditions

Businesses and individuals can apply to become affiliates and earn commissions by referring customers using a unique referral code. Affiliates provide their payout details (Venmo or PayPal) and are paid manually. Approval is at our discretion.

Reseller Program — Commissions & Conditions

Businesses and individuals can apply to become resellers of our Television, Internet, and Cellular services. Resellers share service-specific signup links and earn commissions on the customers they sign up. Resellers provide their payout details (Venmo or PayPal) and are paid manually. Approval is at our discretion.

Disputes Go Through Arbitration

If we have a legal dispute, it goes to individual arbitration — not a court or class-action lawsuit. The arbitrator's decision is final. You can opt out within 30 days of your first sign-up.

No Warranties — Services Are As-Is

We don't guarantee that services will be perfect, fast, or always available. Performance depends on the provider and your own internet connection.

Our Liability Is Capped at $100

In the rare case we're found legally liable for something, the most you can recover from us is $100. This is standard for service partners.

You Agree to Cover Our Legal Costs If You Cause a Problem

If your actions cause us to face legal claims or costs, you agree to cover those. This protects us from misuse of our platform.

Manage Your Subscription — It's Your Responsibility

Keep track of your billing, keep your payment info current, and cancel before your next billing date if needed. If a refund was approved but hasn't arrived, contact PayPal or your bank directly.

Terms May Change at Any Time

We may update these terms without notice. Your continued use means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking this page occasionally.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by U.S. federal law. Any legal matters will be handled through arbitration as described above. If arbitration is not applicable, disputes will be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.

Force Majeure — We're Not Liable for Events Beyond Our Control

We're not responsible if service is disrupted due to events outside our control — like natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or provider failures. These are not grounds for refunds or claims against us.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies in full. These terms — along with the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice — make up the complete agreement between you and us.
